Tyler is ranked 33rd in the United States as a cadet recurve archer. Click here to see current national rankings. Tyler has been shooting for 5 years and has been competitive since 2016. In 2016, Tyler placed 3rd in the team round at the United States National Outdoor Archery Tournament. Tyler has placed at several other state and local tournaments.
Tyler has been a coaching intern at Archery Training Center in Austin, Texas since 2015. In October 2017, he became a certified Level 1 USA Archery coach. Tyler now teaches his own classes at Archery Training Center, and also offers private lessons. He also has experience to share with setting up new bows, and makes custom strings.
